Neena Patel joined Fox in June 2010 as a newly qualified lawyer, after completing her training at City law firm, Simmons & Simmons.  Neena specializes in employment and partnership law.  She has experience on a variety of key employment issues including redundancies, unfair dismissal and high profile sex and disability discrimination litigation in the employment tribunal.  Neena has also enjoyed the opportunity to spend a significant portion of time on secondment in the in-house employment legal team at a high profile investment bank, allowing her to develop her commercial focus.

Outside of work, Neena enjoys travelling, fine-dining, the theatre, the gym and outdoor pursuits such as hiking and running.
