Ronnie's contribution to the profession includes years of working closely with the Law Society of England and Wales. He has served on the Company Law Committee, the Council Membership Committee, the Employment Law Committee, the Advisory Group of the Law Management Section and various conference committees. He is now a member of the Law Society Remuneration Committee.
In 1989 Ronnie received the City of London Solicitors' Company Distinguished Service Award. He was Master of the Company in 1998/99 and continues to sit on the Court. He is the Motoring Correspondent of City Solicitor, the newsletter of the City of London Solicitors' Company.
Ronnie founded and was the first chairman of the multi-disciplinary Association of Partnership Practitioners. He now has Honorary Life Membership. Ronnie is also an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
Ronnie regularly attends International Bar Association conferences as a member of the Committees on Employment and Industrial Relations Law, Business Organizations, Law Firm Management and Professional Ethics. He served as Chairman of the Practice Management Sub-Committee. He has lectured all over the world on employment, partnership and management. Ronnie is now Vice-chairman of the Senior Lawyers Group.
He has made many broadcasts on radio and television and is frequently quoted in the legal and national press. His published work includes over 100 articles and book reviews on legal and management topics together with:

Parkatmyhouse.com is a website launched in September 2006 which is being spoken about in the same breath as You Tube. Ronnie is General Counsel to Parkatmyhouse.com. Ronnie also sits on the Pall Mall committee of the Royal Automobile Club. He is on the Appeal Committee of the Tank Museum and Honorary Legal Counsel to the British Friends of Haifa University.
Ronnie was educated at the City of London School and Lincoln College, University of Oxford. He has an Honours degree in Jurisprudence.
Ronnie founded law firm Fox Williams in 1989 and was the firm's senior partner until 2005. He decided to leave the firm in 2006 and to practise as Fox in the heart of the City together with former colleagues from Fox Williams.
Interests outside the law include opera; theatre; cinema; skiing; swimming; skin diving and scuba diving; motoring and management studies.
