Her background is commercial litigation and she has supported market-leading experts in high-profile group litigation and shareholder disputes. At Fox & Partners, she supports the team on a wide range of contentious employment law issues, including dismissal, discrimination allegations, employee competition and disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings.
Birte is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Association for Partnership Practitioners.
Birte is fluent in German and Spanish.
Birte qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in November 2023 and joined Fox & Partners in January 2024. Prior to joining Fox & Partners, Birte worked as a Paralegal for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and at specialist litigation boutique, Signature Litigation.
