She says that this is far from an isolated case, as the FCA has received 43 reports of sexual misconduct in financial services firms over the last five years. In addition to weeding out bad behaviour early on, she calls for financial services firms to put appropriate corporate governance controls in place, and to address deep-seated cultural issues.
