Our partner Caroline Field recently contributed an article to the New Law Journal on the role of interim injunctions to ‘hold the ring’ in employee competition cases until matters can be fully explored, typically at a speedy trial. Court guidance provides that defendants should usually be providing undertakings pending the outcome at trial. Caroline warns that “delaying agreement of undertakings doesn’t pay (and may cost)’.
