Fox has recently published new research into the rise in discrimination allegations relating to neurodiversity, showing that Employment Tribunal claims rose by a third last year. The rise is likely due to an increased awareness about neurodiverse conditions; the number of autism diagnoses increased 787% in the past two decades, whilst prescriptions for medication to treat ADHD jumped 800%.
