Specialist partnership and employment law firm Fox & Partners has announced the appointment of a new Senior Associate Remziye Ozcan, who joins the firm to support its ongoing growth.
Remziye has successfully acted for LLP members, partners, senior executives, City bankers, regulated professionals, solicitors, healthcare professionals and directors across a wide variety of sectors. She has a particular interest in the legal, other professional and financial services sectors.
Having trained at a West End firm, she joins Fox & Partners from Slater and Gordon. She has considerable experience in all types of employment tribunal and EAT litigation, particularly pregnancy, maternity, sex and disability discrimination and whistleblowing disputes. Her work has also included a number of high value and complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases against large global employers, often with overlapping High Court contractual disputes.
Remziye makes regular speaking, TV and radio appearances including for the BBC, ITV and Sky, most recently, to discuss maternity discrimination, ethnicity pay gap reporting, sexual harassment on the anniversary of the #MeToo movement, and the use of NDAs in discrimination cases.
