Fox & Partners recent research into the increase of claims of bullying in the workplace has been referenced in an article in Training Zone. In the 12 months to 31 March 2022, the number of cases heard by the Employment Tribunal which contain allegations of bullying increased 44% from 581 to a record high of 835.
