As we return to the office, we would like to reassure our clients that our main concern is the safety and wellbeing of our team, our clients, our valued contacts and their families.
We would ask you not to attend our office or a Fox & Partners’ event if you have had a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days; if you have been in close contact with a person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or if you are displaying any of the following symptoms:
- Persistent cough
- High temperature
- Loss of taste or smell
The above applies to all meetings and events at our office, or if you are planning to meet any of the Fox & Partners’ team at another location.
Meetings at our office
During this period of high prevalence of coronavirus, we continue to encourage that meetings with our team members are conducted via video conference where possible. However, if you would like to arrange a meeting in person, you will need to provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination (with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the meeting) or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test carried out within 24 hours of the planned meeting at our office.
Proof of full vaccination should be supplied via your NHS Covid Pass on the NHS app, or an NHS vaccination letter (or US or European equivalent). Visitors to our office displaying a negative Lateral Flow result should do so on the NHS app, or via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace.
If you experience the symptoms outlined above within 10 days of attending an event hosted by us or after meeting someone at our offices, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can manage communications with our own people and fellow attendees.
