Fox & Partners, the City boutique specialising in contentious employment, partnership and LLP matters, has appointed Fiona Fitzgerald as Director of Strategy and Operations.
Fiona joins from Radcliffe Chambers, where she served as Chief Executive and was instrumental in driving sustained growth, strengthening client relationships and delivering a commercially focused approach to chambers management. A qualified solicitor, she brings a strong combination of legal, strategic and operational expertise.
Her appointment marks a significant step in Fox & Partners’ continued evolution as a leading specialist disputes and advisory practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing strategic advice to senior executives, partners and businesses and handling complex, high-value workplace disputes. With demand for its services growing, the firm is investing in its infrastructure, people and processes to support its next phase.
Fiona will work closely with the partners to shape and deliver the firm’s long-term strategy, with a particular focus on operational excellence and innovation. A key part of her role will be to coordinate the implementation of the firm’s innovation and technology strategy, further strengthening efficiency, client experience and the delivery of legal services in a digitally mature environment.
