Dr Andrew Diver is a solicitor specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. He advises on a range of complex disputes, both in arbitration and in court.
Andrew qualified at a Magic Circle firm in 2019 where he subsequently practised. He has since worked at top US and City firms, before joining Fox and Partners in 2026.
Andrew has a broad practice. He acts for partnerships, corporate and financial institutions, shareholders, directors and HNWIs in cases involving employment and partnership law, but also ranging across all aspects of contractual disputes, enforcement and asset recovery, joint ventures and insolvency. He is experienced in substantial High Court litigation, and has acted in disputes under the major arbitral rules. Andrew is an experienced advocate.
Before the law, Andrew read History at Cambridge (first class) where he then completed an MPhil and PhD without correction. He has lived and worked in China and remains particularly interested in East Asia.
