Fiona is a solicitor by background and was a partner in a national law firm for over thirteen years responsible for a large practice area on a national basis with a team of 140 people. After leaving her firm she became the Chief Executive of Radcliffe Chambers, a specialist barristers chambers based in Lincolns Inn in London. There she was responsible for the significant growth in work and people and led on building an international presence over her eleven years there.

She was previously the Chairwoman of the Association of Women which was an organisation of 18,000 female solicitors. She has been a member of various working groups and committees for both The Law Society and the Bar Council and was also a member of the executive for the Legal Practice Managers Association. She is a regular commentator in both print and media on the management of legal entities, equality and diversity issues and compliance.

At Fox and Partners, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business and alongside the partners in setting the strategy for its continued innovation and growth.
