Lucy supports the team to advise clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues for companies, LLPs, professional partnerships, senior executives and partners.
Her background is in all facets of employment law. She has assisted high-profile clients with claims raised in the tribunal as well as advisory work, particularly in employment disputes in the insurance sector. She has also supported on the employment aspects of high-value commercial mergers and acquisitions.
At Fox & Partners, she supports the team on a wide range of contentious employment law issues, including dismissal, discrimination allegations, employee competition and disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings.
Lucy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Association for Partnership Practitioners.
Lucy qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand in September 2023 and joined Fox & Partners in January 2026. Prior to joining Fox & Partners, Lucy completed two summer clerkships at a commercial law firm in New Zealand and then worked as an Associate at a specialist employment and litigation boutique firm, LangtonHudson, Lawyers before moving to London.
