Her practice focuses on high stakes, sensitive, disputes involving a breakdown in business relationships with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, director and boardroom conflicts, LLP and partnership issues and business fraud.

Nikki has extensive experience of conducting litigation in the High Court in London, as well as advising on and leading alternative dispute resolution processes. She is particularly well known for her strategic handling of sensitive disputes where reputation, governance or ongoing commercial relationships are critical.

In addition to her litigation practice, Nikki is an experienced mediator and places a strong emphasis on resolving disputes efficiently and pragmatically. She is known for her ability to identify the real drivers of conflict and to guide clients through difficult disputes with clarity and commercial focus.

Clients value Nikki’s straightforward, strategic advice and her ability to see the bigger picture. Having acted for both corporate entities and individuals across a wide range of disputes, she understands the competing pressures faced by different stakeholders and focuses on achieving outcomes that are commercially sensible, cost-effective and proportionate, while safeguarding reputation and managing risk.
