The Supreme Court held on Friday, 26 March 2021 the Asda employees working in retail stores could treat the Asda staff working in distribution depots as comparators for the purpose of an equal pay claim. The same day Ronnie Fox explained on TalkRADIO that although the Asda retail employees had won a battle, they still had 2 major hurdles to overcome before winning the war for equal pay.
