Eleanor is an Associate specialising in employment and partnership law.
Eleanor joined Fox & Partners in 2019, having trained at Slaughter and May and worked in their Pensions, Employment and Incentives team on qualification.
Eleanor advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues for partners, senior executives, companies, LLPs and professional partnerships. She has a keen interest in issues involving disciplinary procedures and also restrictive covenants.
Eleanor has broad experience drafting and advising on various types of employment documentation, including partnership deeds, service agreements, employment contracts, staff handbooks and policies, and settlement agreements. She has also drafted and advised on various incentivisation documentation, including a variety of different share scheme rules and award documents.

Eleanor is a member of the Industrial Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside work, Eleanor is a governor at a local state primary school and a listening volunteer at the LGBT+ charity Switchboard.
